Most whole-house rewires in our area land between $18,000 and $35,000 depending on size and access — almost always with a panel upgrade.

Why is rewiring so variable?+
Because access is everything. Getting new wire through open framing is fast; fishing it through finished, insulated two-story walls is slow and careful work. The assessment is where we see your real conditions and give a firm number.
Can you do it in phases?+
Often yes — we can sequence a rewire room-by-room or floor-by-floor to spread it out, with the panel and safety-critical circuits first. The portal shows you the plan and each phase.
